PROCESSING TIME

All orders are shipped within 4-7 business days of placement excluding official holidays and weekends. The shipping company will contact you to arrange time of delivery.

All our orders are hand-packed and shipped with love from Cairo, Egypt.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our top priority is your satisfaction. Our products are here to bring you joy, and that is our guarantee.

• If your order is incorrect or has a defect, We gladly accepts refunds and exchanges within 72 hours of the time you first received it, granted that the product(s) is in its original condition – meaning that it is still unworn and unwashed .

• To initiate a refund or exchange process, simply reach out to us on Facebook or Instagram messages with your complaint and we will communicate it with the operations and shipping company.

• If an item is exchanged or refunded upon customer preferences, product has to be new, unworn and shipping fees will be incurred at time of return, other than first time paid already when order was delivered. In case of refund, second time shipping fees will be deducted from product amount. 

• Exchange & Refund Policy (Sale Items)
  - Sale items are non-refundable.
  - Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order ,subject to item availability.

fiore reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any products that have visible signs of wear or tear.

نحن نقبل بكل سرور الاسترداد والاستبدال إذا كان طلبك غير صحيح أو به عيب، في غضون 72 ساعة من وقت الاستلام ، بشرط أن يكون المنتج في الحالة الأصلية – غير ملبوس وغير مغسول. لبدء عملية استرداد أو استبدال ، ما عليك سوى التواصل معنا علي رسائل الفيسبوك او الانستاجرام لتقديم شكواك وسنتواصل مع القسم المختص و شركة الشحن.

في حالة الاستبدال اونلاين تبعا لرغبة العميل, يتم دفع مصاريف شحن للاستبدال غير مصاريف شحن الاولي وقت توصيل الاوردر أول مرة. في حالة الاسترجاع, يتم خصم مصاريف شحن للاسترجاع من سعر المنتج غير مصاريف الشحن المدفوعة وقت توصيل الاوردر أول مرة. يجب علي المنتجات ان تكون في حالتها الاصلية كما موضح بالاعلي.

 سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع (العروض والخصومات)

المنتجات المباعة ضمن العروض غير قابلة للاسترجاع.- 

يمكن استبدال المنتجات خلال يومين من استلام الطلب، وذلك وفقًا لتوافر المنتج.- 

تحتفظ فيورى بحق رفض استرداد أو استبدال أي منتجات تظهر عليها علامات تآكل واضحة أو سوء استخدام. 

الشحن و التوصيل

يتم شحن جميع الطلبات في خلال 4-7 أيام عمل. ستتواصل معك شركة الشحن لترتيب موعد التسليم.

جميع طلباتنا معبأة يدويًا ويتم شحنها بخالص الحب من القاهرة ، مصر.
