وقت التجهيز والشحن

يتم شحن جميع الطلبات خلال 3-6 أيام عمل من تاريخ الطلب (باستثناء العطلات الرسمية وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع). ستتواصل معك شركة الشحن لتحديد موعد التسليم.

جميع طلباتنا معبأة يدويًا ويتم شحنها بكل حب من القاهرة، مصر.

سياسة المعاينة والاسترجاع

في فيوري، رضاكم هو أولويتنا.

نوفر خدمة المعاينة عند الاستلام فقط وبحضور مندوب شركة الشحن.

• يحق للعميل معاينة المنتج وقت الاستلام.
• في حالة عدم الرغبة في استلام المنتج بعد المعاينة، يتم تسليمه فورًا للمندوب.
• بعد استلام الطلب ومغادرة المندوب، لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
• عند رفض استلام الطلب بعد المعاينة وقت التوصيل، يتم دفع مصاريف الشحن فقط.

عيوب الصناعة

في حالة وجود عيب صناعة مؤكد:

• يجب التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام.
• يتم إرسال صور واضحة للعيب عبر رسائل الصفحة الرسمية على فيسبوك أو إنستجرام.
• سيتم مراجعة الطلب واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب من قبل الإدارة.

المنتجات المخفضة أو ضمن العروض غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال إلا في حالة وجود عيب صناعة.

تحتفظ فيوري بالحق في رفض أي طلب لا يتوافق مع الشروط الموضحة أعلاه.

Shipping, Inspection & Returns Policy

Processing Time

All orders are shipped within 3–6 business days of placement (excluding weekends and official holidays). The shipping company will contact you to arrange the delivery time.

All our orders are hand-packed and shipped with love from Cairo, Egypt.

Inspection & Return Policy

At Fiore, your satisfaction is important to us.

We offer inspection upon delivery only, in the presence of the courier representative.

• Customers have the right to inspect the item at the time of delivery.
• If the customer decides not to receive the product after inspection, it must be returned immediately to the courier.
• Once the order is received and the courier leaves the location, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
• In case of refusal to receive the order after inspection at the time of delivery, only the shipping fees will be charged.

Manufacturing Defects

In the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect:

• The customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Clear photos of the defect must be sent via our official Facebook or Instagram messages.
• After reviewing the case, Fiore will determine the appropriate action.

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Fiore reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the above conditions.

• Shipping takes 3–6 business days. Once your order is out for delivery, you will be Contacted and Updated accordingly.
• Please ensure your address is clear and detailed at checkout to avoid delays.
