PROCESSING TIME
All orders are shipped within 4-7 business days of placement excluding official holidays and weekends. The shipping company will contact you to arrange time of delivery.
All our orders are hand-packed and shipped with love from Cairo, Egypt.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

- If your order is incorrect or has a defect, We gladly accepts refunds and exchanges within 48 hours of the time you first received it, granted that the product(s) is in its original condition – meaning that it is still unworn and unwashed .
- To initiate a refund or exchange process, simply reach out to us on Facebook or Instagram messages with your complaint and we will communicate it with the operations and shipping company.
- If an item is exchanged or refunded upon customer preferences, product has to be new, unworn and shipping fees will be incurred at time of return, other than first time paid already when order was delivered. In case of refund, second time shipping fees will be deducted from product amount.
